AUTOMATIC BOOKING ROLLOVER: As per our Perpetual Programming Policy once you have made your initial booking, it will continue until you cancel or defer your booking. Around week six of each program, our Admin Team performs the Booking Rollover. At this time, an email confirming your booking rollover is sent to your nominated email account to provide you with confirmation. Once the Booking Rollover has been completed, our Pre-Payment discount for the upcoming program is made available.

All Perpetual Program bookings automatically roll over to the next Perpetual Program unless an Intention to Defer Lessons form is received within 2 weeks of the commencement of the program.

 With EFT you can pay your swimming fees from the comfort and convenience of your own home.

You can pay your fees right now via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) straight from your bank to ours... Here's how:

1. Work out how much you are paying. You could use the DLSA Ready Reckoner for assistance or maybe you've received a Booking Confirmation & Account email at some stage.
2. EFT direct to our bank account using the following account details;

   Heritage Bank Customers can EFT to our S1 account

3. When making your EFT please add your unique Family ID number plus a, W for Wilsonton or, C for Centenary Heights in the remit section. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. our friendly Admin Team and they will send it to you via return email.

Friends of Friends (FOF) Terms and Conditions:

Friends of Friends (FOF) free lesson bonus available to the existing family (currently booked into a paying lesson) and the referred family (never previously booked into a DLSA program) subject to the following terms and conditions; 1. The referred family is booking into and pre-paying a minimum of 10 lessons within the current or next program. 2. FOF free lesson bonus is not available for referred families booking into Water Familiarisation classes. 3. The FOF free lesson bonus expires four weeks after it has been initiated. 4. The number of free lessons offered within the FOF free lesson bonus promotion is subject to change from time to time without notice. 5. FOF free lessons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. 6. Existing family accumulated FOF free lessons will be credited to the existing account to be used as a credit on the account. 7. If not used, the existing family accumulated FOF free lessons will expire six months. 8. If the referred family cancels their booking before the minimum 10 paid lesson condition, any FOF free lessons for both the existing and referred family will revert to payable lessons at the standard lesson rate.
